John Miniotis

Chief Executive Officer

John Miniotis has over 18 years of experience in the mining industry focused primarily on mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets, investor relations and corporate finance. He was previously CEO of Aethon Minerals Corp where he was responsible for overseeing the capital markets and mergers and acquisitions strategy of the company, which culminated in the successful merger with AbraSilver. Prior to joining Aethon he was the VP Corporate Development at AuRico Metals, which was acquired by Centerra Gold in January 2018 for approximately $310 million. John also worked and Lundin Mining where he was responsible for Investor Relations and Corporate Development, and  played a key role in successfully executing various acquisitions valued at well over $2 billion. Prior to that he worked in mining equity research at Wellington West Capital Markets and BMO Capital Markets, and commenced his career in the Corporate Development group at Barrick Gold. Mr. Miniotis holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst and received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with high distinction, from the University of Toronto.

John is also a non-executive director of NOA Lithium Brines Inc. (NOAL: TSXV).

David O'Connor

Chief Geologist

David O'Connor has over 40 years experience in the mining industry, focused on the identification, acquisition and management of mineral projects of merit. He was the founder, or co-founder of five publicly listed companies based on projects in South America and managed the merger of three of these. With Explorator Resources, he developed the El Espino deposit in Chile to an open pittable resource of 230 million tonnes at 0.65% Cu and 0.2g/t Au, following which the company was sold to Pucobre (a Chilean copper miner). Previously David was in charge of early exploration for Western Mining Corporation at the world class Olympic Dam deposit and later was Chief geologist of Peko-Wallsend in Australia. He holds a BSc (Hons) degree from Cape Town University and an MSc D.I.C. in mineral exploration from the Royal School of Mines in London.

Carlos Pinglo

Chief Financial Officer & Corporate Secretary

Carlos Pinglo is an Economist with over 20 years senior management experience. He has worked with both private and public companies in corporate finance, strategic planning, financial reporting, turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions. Carlos’ extensive background includes Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary at Eurotin Inc., Chief Financial Officer at Adriana Resources Corporation, Carpathian Gold Inc., First Bauxite Corporation, Medoro Resources Ltd., Controller of both Silver Eagle Mines Inc. and Excellon Resources Inc. and a member of the Board of Directors at Mineros Nacionales S.A.

Klaus Zalewski

Senior Vice-President, Projects

Klaus Zalewski is a Professional Civil Engineer with 40 years of experience in the construction and mining industries, focusing on project and operations management, leading PFS and BFS level technical studies, and playing a lead role in the development and construction of various mining projects throughout Argentina and overseas. Mr. Zalewski has significant project development experience in Salta province, including most recently acting as the Project Director for the Pastos Grandes Lithium project owned by Millennial Lithium Corp. (recently acquired by Lithium Americas Corp.), and Head of Engineering and Construction for the French Eramet group that is advancing the Centenario Lithium Project to construction. Mr. Zalewski was also responsible for the construction of the Orocobre/Toyota Tsusho Olaroz Lithium Project in Jujuy province. As well, he was in charge of the first gold mine closure and remediation in Chubut province in southern Argentina, amongst other mine construction tasks, at Mina Don Nicolás and Mina Providencia. He holds a Civil Engineering degree from the Buenos Aires University and attended post-graduate studies in Project Management for the Construction Industry at Braunschweig University in Germany and Management of Mining at Austral University in Argentina.
