AbraSilver | Delivering the Next Major Silver Producer

AbraSilver Resource Corp. is a Toronto-based silver-gold development company developing the next major primary silver mine. Our flagship asset — the 100%-owned Diablillos silver-gold project in Salta and Catamarca, Argentina — is a fully permitted, DFS-complete project advancing toward construction.

With the completion of the Definitive Feasibility Study in June 2026, receipt of environmental permits from both provincial governments, and approval under Argentina’s RIGI large investment framework, AbraSilver has crossed a transformational threshold: from explorer to developer. Our focus is now firmly on advancing Diablillos toward a Final Investment Decision in Q2 2027 and first production by year-end 2029.

The DFS outlines a robust, conventional open-pit mine with tank leach processing delivering an after-tax NPV₅% of US$3.0 billion and a 42% IRR at base-case prices of $50/oz Ag and $3,650/oz Au.  Average production over the first five years of full operation is expected to reach 20 Moz AgEq annually — which would place Diablillos as one of the largest primary silver mines on the planet.

Beyond the DFS base case, Diablillos offers multiple levers for additional value: a heap leach PEA targeting near-term expansion, a potential plant throughput increase, and a 15,000-metre Phase VI drill program already underway.

Backed by long-term strategic shareholders inlcuding Central Puerto, Eric Sprott and Kinross Gold, AbraSilver is led by an experienced management team with a strong track record of value-creation.   The Company also holds the earlier-stage La Coipita copper-gold project, in the San Juan province of Argentina, which is currently being advanced through an earn-in partnership with Teck Resources Ltd.

AbraSilver trades in the TSX under the symbol “ABRA” and in the U.S. under the symbol “ABBRF”.
