Toronto – September 19, 2024: AbraSilver Resource Corp. (TSX.V: ABRA; OTCQX: ABBRF) (“AbraSilver” or the “Company”) is pleased to report shareholder approval of all proposed resolutions voted on at its 2024 Annual General and Special Meeting (AGM), held on September 18, 2024.
Shareholders voted in favour of the election of all director nominees: Robert Bruggeman (Chair); Hernan Zaballa; Jens Mayer; Stephen Gatley; Nicholas Teasdale; Sam Leung; and Flora Wood.
Shareholders also voted in favour of: (i) the re-appointment of Crowe Mackay LLP as the Company's auditors; and (ii) the annual approval of the Company’s share compensation plan (the "Plan"). The Company also announces that it has granted an aggregate of 2,155,000 stock options to directors, officers, employees, advisors and consultants of the Company. Each option issued entitles the holder to acquire one common share of the Company and will be exercisable at a price of $2.51 per common share for a period of five years from the date of grant. The options were granted under and are subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.
